  Australian Presence Legal has relied on the services of Dr Boom Communications on numerous occasions, and the customer care - especially from Catherine from their head office - has been exceptional every time.
  
  One particular instance is a great example: a short time before boarding a flight for an international business trip, I damaged by Pixel 6 Pro. Even though I was based in the Sydney CBD, there was no availability of replacement parts for this phone. Catherine managed to source the parts, looked after my phone being collected at the branch which had the part, and arranged for a manager to deliver the repaired phone to me in the CBD.
  
  Being a director of a company in the services industry, I genuinely appreciate it when we come across companies like Dr Boom, who have a similar outlook towards client care.
  
  Highly recommend Dr Boom Communications to anyone needing to rescue/repair their device!
