  Chris and Emil have be amazing, they couldn’t have helped us more. After resizing my grandmothers wedding ring without damaging the hallmarks they managed to hand craft the remaining gold into another wedding ring. We are so happy and they have made our wedding day even more special.

  I’ve been to this store a couple of times and was recommended by a friend and let me say -
  Emil is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything to do with jewellery. Any questions I have had, have been answered with ease and detail. The shop is well equipped to deal with any type of 'jeweller' needs from changing a simple battery to custom made jewellery.
  
  The customer service is by far amazing. Emil who has serving me a couple of times, has been nothing but cheery, helpful, kind and always brings a smile.
  
  Every time have been to the great shop inside the plaza it has always been super clean and organised. There is never any dust or furniture that is damaged.
  
  In the end, every time I have visited the store for some type of work, I have been pleased with the customer service dedicated to me and guidance when choosing the perfect piece of jewellery.

  LOOK NO FURTHER!!
  
  Stupidly I closed a sliding door on my hand and managed to completely squash my engagement ring and break it in three places. When searching for a jeweller to repair my ring a good friend of mine recommended I visit Chris.
  My fiancé and I decided to take the opportunity to get our wedding rings made at the same time also. Emil (who runs the front of house) was an amazing communicator and fully scoped out what we wanted and acted as the conduit between us and Chris to ensure our needs were met.
  
  Chris is an incredible craftsman, I now have a new appreciation for Master Jewellers and the skill involved in designing, crafting and refining custom jewellery. Fitting a wedding band alongside my engagement ring wasn’t straight forward, particularly as I wanted two bands, one on each side of the ring. Chris mocked up sterling silver prototypes so I could try them on with my engagement ring before going ahead final design.
  
  The final result was remarkable. The rings are incredible. I cannot speak more highly of Chris and his team and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

  I came to get a ring for my partner as a gift. It was the first time I was buying proper jewellery and I received great help, tips and services from Emil there.
  Upon receiving the ring, we discovered an issue and they did everything they could to help us and it worked.
  I have to say a big thank you to them all. 10/10 would recommend it.

  Chris and Emil delivered outstanding and professional service in helping me find an engagement ring.
  
  As a bloke who doesn't know much about jewellery but did approach the process with a few themes and ideas in mind, I felt they were very accommodating to ensure a fully tailored product, and the advice I got helped me make the right decisions during the design and planning stage.
  
  They worked closely with me during many back and forths and questions to find a ring design and a stone that was perfect for my partner.
  
  The end result - a thrilled new fiancee with a stunning new ring! :)
  
  I highly recommended them for the customer service and craftsmanship.

  So impressed with Emil and Chris as they turned my daughters visions into real life. My late grandmother left multiple pieces of her jewellery for me in which I decided to melt down and take the diamonds out to reassemble for my girls. Emil helped the girls choose a practical design, that could use the 36 diamonds left from a pair of my grandmothers earrings. My daughters ended up going with a tapered design ring they found from the internet, in which Chris constructed from scratch using the photo given. I highly recommend the Chris Lewis Jewellers team to anybody looking for a honest and trustworthy experience, especially with pieces that hold sentimental value. Emil helped us through the whole process to ensure that our vision was being brought to life. I have been a customer for many many years and will continue to rely on this team for an exceptional, high quality product.

  This review has been a long time coming. If you read nothing else. read this - I can think of no superlative adequate to describe the excellent service that I received at Chris Lewis Jewellers, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery - especially custom jewellery.
  
  I first met Emil at Chris Lewis Jewellers while I was doing research to create my then girlfriend's engagement ring. My research had to be done, as I was really looking for a custom job. I was after an emerald, and not being much into jewellery, I didn't know too much.
  
  Emil proved to be a great help, and gave me excellent advice on what to look for in an emerald. When I finally decided that I'd proceed with him and Chris (who works out back to actually make the ring), he kept the overall cost of the ring within my allocated budget - a very important and valuable thing. Not only that, but my own design for the setting of the emerald was used to create the engagement ring.
  
  To say it was a smash hit was an understatement. My (now) wife thought we were still a few months away, and was stunned by the ring's beauty (and that it was on her finger!).
  
  Of course, with a wedding to plan, we also had to decide on a jeweller for our rings, and it was an easy choice. We went to Chris and Emil.
  
  We were guided through the entire process by Emil. We had a few meetings which were very comfortable and pleasant, and included a few fittings to ensure especially that my wife's wedding band fit the engagement ring properly. The end result, as you can see in the photos, are two truly beautiful rings, which fit us and our characters perfectly.
  
  Throughout it all, Emil was incredibly easy to work with. Highly personable and always ready to listen for an idea, I cannot speak highly enough of his work front of house. As for Chris, his craftsmanship is a wonder. I still admire the engagement ring, and my wife still gets many compliments for it.
  
  If you are considering Chris Lewis Jewellers, I highly recommend them. You will not only be supporting a local small business (something I think we should do much more of), but you will be served by a master craftsmen in Chris who produces excellent jewellery. With Emil, your input is valued and heard, and incorporated into Chris' work. Communication is never a problem, and for a complete jewellery scrub like myself, it made the entire experience both a pleasure and an honour.

  Emil was really helpful throughout the whole process and Chris did an excellent job at matching my wedding band to my engagement ring, even if it meant melting metals together to get the colour right! I would recommend the service to anyone
