  Fantastic service. Quick delivery, and helpful staff. I ordered a guitar case online. I emailed to ask if the parcel could be wrapped, as it is for my brother's Christmas. As you can see from the photo, they were able to do this for me. This means alot as I live in Scotland. My brother will now get a lovely surprise on Christmas Day.

  Excellent customer service, made to feel so welcome as we walked in the door. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He selected guitars based on what I was after and then gave me a range of guitars to play that would suit my playing style. The up stairs area is next level, so comfortable and just the right environment to sit there and strum away. Would definitely recommend dropping into see Brett if you're looking for a new guitar.

  I bought a Taylor 324ce! I love it. It’s an amazing music machine.
  The customer help and guidance as I made my selection was second to none and I felt very comfortable to tinker on the guitar (even though I don’t class myself as a very good guitarist I didn’t feel judged at all!).
  I will certainly be back, either online or in the real world.

  Thank you Brett for making it a pleasurable experience for me and 15 year old daughter. Your expertise and welcome made us feel right at home. This shop is a haven for guitar lovers. My daughter received a great gift and advice. We purchased a Taylor GS mini. Very glad to have made the trip here. Highly recommended.

  Can't praise and thank the team at Gladesville Guitars enough after popping in the other week to test some Matons! Andrew and Brett looked after me from the moment I walked in the door, providing great friendly and professsional advice and service in such a warm and welcoming environment. Needless to say, 2.5hrs later I walked out with my new Maton EBG808 Nashville (my early 50th birthday present). Super stoked with my upgrade, thanks guys. Do yourself a favour and pop in and see the guys and check out this amazing little store!
