  Just had a tow bar installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. No problems/no hassles. Very happy with the work and also the price. I shopped around to about 10 different places to get the same tow bar installed and Shop1Auto was the best price. Very pleased. Also, the old towing hook was left at their shop after the job and Steve send it to me straight away via courier, again with no hassle. Thanks Steve. I would recommend them.

  Thank you for a good customer experience. I would definitely recommend these guys again. Just call them up to confirm stock and book in your car. Done deal, also as a bonus there are good cafes nearby to wait while they install the roof racks on your car. Their recommendations are really good and straight forward.
  
  The person who I spoke to was polite and nice. I do not understand why there are reviews that the people working here are not kind, since I had a completely. Opposite experience.

  Very happy with the tow bar installation. Got a bike rack which I needed help replacing the tow ball and helped me replaced it.

  Steve spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone helping unpick a problem with Rola roof-racks that Rola themselves could not help with. The result, to no benefit to Steve, other than a review, was Rola is correcting their website, and sending me the correct parts, at no cost to me! I'm really grateful to Steve, and with 30 years in the automotive trade myself, I have NO HESITATION recommending Steve and Shop1Auto. Above and beyond service. I just wish I'd known about Shop1Auto before I committed to buy! Thanks mate and wishing you ever more success.

  Found these guys to be the best and most cost effective option for roof racks and roof box. Simple selection from their help, order and installed when in. Great job and perfectly in time for our long holiday drive!

  Had done my research and went there today looking for a bike rack. Very professional and knowledge about what I was looking for. Listened to my concerns explained the pros and cons of the models I was looking at. Ended up buying the Thule Xpress 970 and have practised installing it. Very easy to use. Looking forward to riding my bike soon. I came from Sutherland Shire and would defiantly go back to Shop 1 Auto if I need anything else.
